Bay Tech Label's Returns & Refund Policy
BAY TECH LABEL PROVIDES A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
We work with our customers if something is not to their satisfaction and will do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied. Clear Communication and understanding up front is important to prevent errors or misunderstandings, but always, our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction.
If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Regarding stock label items that are purchased on the website.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, once notified of the error, Bay Tech Label, Inc. will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to have the items returned, the cost to return will be your responsibility.
Credit will only be issued once the item is returned and in our possession.
Provided we have what you need, we will fulfill the new order and charge accordingly, including shipping charges, as if it were a new order.
If Bay Tech Label has shipped the incorrect item, we will at our expense ship the correct item and at our sole discretion, choose to issue a pickup of the incorrect item(s).
If we decide to have the incorrect items returned, you agree to allow access of the carrier to retrieve the items for return.
Regarding Custom Labels and/or Tags
Bay Tech Label, Inc. is in the business of producing custom labels and tags. As such, we do our best to provide extremely high quality printed product at an affordable price. We are not liable when the wrong items are ordered on a purchase order, via email communication or other form of written communication.
If you accidentally purchase an incorrect item via PO or other written communication, it is your responsibility to pay for the order.
If your proof is incorrect, yet approved for processing, it is your responsibility to pay for the order.
If you are not happy with the results of the print job, please contact us as soon as possible, we strive for 100% satisfaction.
Regarding Hardware or other items.
Dymo, Zebra, DataMax, or other printers and hardware related items, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Software may not be returned.
Regarding Label Life and Statement of Practical Use:
Labels: Most labels can be kept for up to a year in a controlled environment. Labels should be stored at 72°F (22°C) and 50% relative humidity. Storing labels at higher or lower temperatures may not provide the level of adhering performance you desire.
Statement of Practical Use: All materials, sales and contracts for sale, produced or converted by Bay Tech Label, Inc. are sold with the express requirement and understanding that the customer is solely and exclusively responsible for testing and for ensuring the products are fit for the customer's purposes or an end-user's purposes. All express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use are disclaimed.

Please call us at 800-229-8321 and have your order number handy when talking to one of our customer service personnel.

Gather the information, do some research and get back to you.
If needed, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
And provide shipping instructions for you, should you wish to return.
